Adverse Events Module

Adverse Events Module

For researchers submitting trial data to ClinicalTrials.gov, the Adverse Events module is one of four mandatory results sections. It requires reporting in three primary categories: All-Cause Mortality: A table tracking all deaths that occurred during the study, regardless of cause. Serious Adverse Events (SAEs): A tabular summary of events resulting in death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization, or significant disability. Other Adverse Events: A table for non-serious events that exceed a specific frequency threshold, such as 5% within any study arm.

Adverse Events Module path is as follows:

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Event Groups

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Serious Events

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Other Events

NCT ID: NCT00395967
Description: In the event a single participant has experienced both a serious and a non-serious form of the same adverse event term, the individual has been included in the numerator ("number of affected participants") of both adverse event tables. Each AE table includes events regardless of reported relationship to study treatment or grade.
Frequency Threshold: 0
Time Frame: All treatment-emergent AEs are summarized. An event whose onset was on or after the first administration of study treatment (either G-CSF or plerixafor) was considered treatment-emergent.
Study: NCT00395967
Study Brief: AMD3100 (Plerixafor) in Multiple Myeloma (MM) or Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) Patients Predicted to be Unable to Mobilize With G-CSF Alone
