To give you an idea of how we make custom software, we have taken all of the Clinical Trials Information from our Federal Government (https://clinicaltrials.gov/).
By clicking on the left Database Structure button, you can see the database structure we came up with.
Clinical Trials Only Search
Entering Cancer in search will yield everything with cancer in it (Lung Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, etc).
Entering less information will yield better search results initially, then put in more info(Pancreatic Cancer) to narrow down.
